I bought this after seeing what incredible materials and well made this was from the one my GF bought. It's a bit more airy around the pits than my Winter jersey. I mostly start off with arm warmers but it's good to wear without later in the day when it warms. I also love the double zip. The problem I have is that if I sweat too much I freeze when I get to the coffee stop no matter what I'm wearing. With the double zip I can open it up on the hills thus cooling me then zip up for the descent. The pockets are quite high but this means your phone etc. is safe with the bottom zip up and only enough flapping to keep you warm - love this jersey

A "Gabba" from Rapha
I have been looking for this since I use Rapha gear. Castelli has this for years in their offer and now Rapha has it too.Windproof for sure, Nice fit but I would not size up. I'm sued to a medium and I ordered a large (tight fit?) as proposed but it sits a bit too wide and I lke it snug. Not for a real downpoor but damp, mist and light rain are no problem with this jersey and you're not overheating either. Max temp for me is 16° Celsius. I'm male,187cm & 78kg and from Belgum. So yes, this Jersey is used a lot when the temperature drops below 16 and conditions are mixed.

Gore-tex jersey
It has the makings of winner, but, i have not worn it yet, sizing is a lil smaller than normal, but not enuff to size up unless you are on the max limits, i wear large across the board, except for some of the aero jerseys are tooSkintight for me but some likethat fit.

A Real “Gabba” Alternative
At last Rapha has brought this out. Very warm and comfortable in any ride above 8degree C apart from heavy rain. I wear it with arm warmers ( I wish Rapha would release a Pro range arm warmer in a similar fabric )
Slightly short in the torso, and I wish there was a zipped pocket but other than that a terrific bit of kit.

Battling the elements
A very nice compliment to your cycling wardrobe especially if Mother Nature decides to change her mind…so you’re miles away from home and the rain and wind try to disrupt your goal, this jersey will keep you warm and dry in addition to allow your body to breathe. Utilizing it in conjunction with a light rain jacket works ideally if needed.

great jersey but the pockets are placed high - while common on the rapha cut, the jersey material is not as flexible so accessing the pockets is a challenge. I like the jersey but lament not having purchased it in long sleeve. Anytime I will wear this jersey, I will have my arms covered.

Great for wet days
This windstopper jersey worked great for misty/wet and not too cold days. Fit is similar to my other Pro Team jersey's, but the material is a bit thicker so it does not stretch as much. If a normal Pro Team jersey is a snug fit on you, you may want to size up.

What is the benefit of this jersey versus a standard jersey with a vest over top?
This jersey eliminates the need for a vest, and it protects from light rain as well as it is water resistant.
