Too thin, more of a jersey than jacket
Too thin, more of a jersey than a winter jacket. Not suitable for winter, at least not winter ps in the northeast US.

RIde fast, people will rip this jacket off of you.
Fantastic Jacket. Rode in 38 F weather with lots of wind. Wore a long sleeve baselayer and a thermal jersey. WAAAYYYY TOOO HOTT! I think I could have wore a baselayer and jacket and been fine. Fit is great and does not ride up in the front. Look is awesome. The look will help your speed as you will need to ride away from all the ladies chasing you down to get a piece of your jacket!! Highly recommended. I am 6 ft and 185 (not sure how many stone that is, but I should learn). Fit is perfect.

Best bit of kit you'll own
Probably the best bit of kit i own. Never too warm, never too cold. Worn it in 0 degree weather with just a baselayer underneath and perfect temp. Worn it in 12 degree weather with a summer jersey underneath and its perfect too

One size smaller
Came as advertised, really does the job even not wearing any base layer on a single digit weather.
Have to go a size up as they run small.

Smart winter top
Great looking winter top keeps you warm and with a base layer good for near freezing temps. The sizing is a bit loose for ProTeam kit and the sleeves are quite loose, but it’s a winter top so I always wear with gloves that cover the sleeves so no issues with wind coming up the sleeves as some of the other reviews mention. Overall a nice piece of kit!

Awesome, but re-think the sleeve-ends
My goal was a tight-fitting jacket for riding with hard effort - temp range mid to hi 30s F+ here in Chicago. This product ticks all the boxes, BUT, if Rapha re-did the sleeve-end treatment to be tighter, a-la the remarkably awesome sleeve end-construction of the classic winter jacket/shell, then this would go from 4 to 5 stars.

Superb winter performance.
I am very pleased with the Pro Team Winter Jacket. The fit is terrific, though I had to size up to medium from my usual small in the Pro Teams jerseys. I love the cut and overall style of this jacket. It just looks sharp and it's form fit makes you feel fast on the bike. The chest pocket is nice for holding a driver's license and credit card. Back pockets are easy to reach and stretch. I wear the Rapha winter base layer underneath with the long turtleneck. That combination has been perfect for rides down to the low 30s in a cold New York winter. I know it's not a rain jacket but it stands up to mist and a short shower. However, at least for me, this is a dry weather jacket that will last for may years due to the very high material and build quality. Couldn't recommend more highly.

On second thought I'll get it!
I was a little nervous from reading the other comments about how Raphas changed their sizing for the worse. I bought the jacket thinking ‘Did I buy too small’ I'm 5”11, 73 kg and a small is a little tight around the neck. It fits. Just have to watch what I eat. Lol

Great allround softshell
Just a great jacket for autumn/winter/spring riding. Have used the jacket on long and short rides in temps between 2-12 celsius without being cold or overheating, just use an appropriate base layer. As expected in the pro lineup, a snug fit with a short front.

This is an excellent winter jacket especially in environments where you start at a lower temperature in the mid 30’s and end in the 50’s or 60’s. I just wear a long sleeve base layer and a neck gator and I’m comfortable all day. I highly recommend this jacket.

Good quality. size up
Good quality. With some experiences with Rapha size fitting, usually too small, I did a size up to good fit. 94cm chest, 78cm waist, Rapha suggests S, but I picked M.

Snug for a reason
Excellent insulation but not too heavy. Very snug but after a ride with the jacket I see why. It literally allowed no cold wind in and kept me amazingly comfortable.

Passed New England Weather
The jacket fits perfectly. I rode in it down to 35 degree Fahrenheit with a wool under shirt and a mid base layer for two hours.

Sizing completely off
Ordered a large. All other pro-team clothing I wear is medium (5'10, 160lbs). Not only is it still really tight but the sleeves are way too short. Cold air goes up my arms. Unfortunately cannot return. Core winter jacket is much better, don't waste you money.

Great winter jacket
This is my first Rapha product and it is amazing. It's warm and fits well. I am 6'6" tall and the XL fits well. Can't wait to get more.

Best Jacket for Winter Training
I've had 3 different iterations of the Pro Team Winter Jacket, and each one keeps getting better than the last. I still wear my oldest one which is now over 10 years old, and it still performs. This newest iteration is much tighter fitting than the older versions, but has sufficient stretch to still be a size "Large". (the 10+ year old Large fits well but is definitely a relaxed fit compared to this version). Don't train in cold winter temps without this!

Brilliant jacket, what I have been waiting for!
Despite some reviews not liking the looser wrist, I prefer this as it works much better with gloves, and the weight of the jacket is for riding in colder weather. It works well with a warm base layer or on really cold days, an insulated gilet under. The look is great and feels superbly well made, as you would expect. Go to jacket.

great jacket, but have an upwards/ downwards zip?
Great jacket - my 2nd Rapha jacket. but I just wish the zip wasn't just a zip upwards only with a fix at the bottom so that ideally you can open the jacket say 2/3rds of the way up in v light rain and allow more ventilation of the lower body? If you get too hot, the only option is to open the zip from the top which allows rain in as well as sort of ballooning the jacket (well that's obv just the amazing speed I'm going)

Maintain the brand
Good jacket. I noticed the fabric has changed. Also the cut is good but a bit shorter than the original cut. Rapha is my favorite brand. I hope that they continue to create new colors and style while continuing the quality that they have by known for.

Perfect jersey for when you’re pushing on
Super comfortable when in a proper riding position. Just enough protection from the elements that you won’t feel the need for anything more unless it’s properly raining if you are pushing on and putting some proper effort in. Depending on base layer choice, this will work from standard British midwinter <5°) all the way through to mid spring

Long shipping times
I waited a long time, more than a month to receive the jacket due to shipping problems. I have yet to try it but I already have another version of this model and I was satisfied. The actual shade of the colors of this jacket seems a little different to me than the photo but it's just a first impression.

Good jacket for cool to cold weather
Warm yet breathable- and I like the pocket on the chest. Typical race fit, comfortable yet no flapping material in the wind. I got the yellow- great shade, not the over-the-top neon yellow you see so often- a nice soft yellow yet plenty visible when it’s overcast. Overall a good jacket at a fair price

Good fit and great temperature regulation
Great quality and fit, keeps me excellent warm even when riding around freezing temperatures (only wearing a rapha merino base layer wind stopper underneath), all while preventing me from sweating too much. Only minus is that even after several washing some of the road spray appears to stay visible.

Very good, just short of excellent
Good, but not quite as good as previous generations. Cut has changed so as others have pointed out, arms are shorter and more 'gapey' than earlier versions. My v1 Pro Team Softshell was incredible in this regard. Blue/peach colourway is lovely though and fit/quality is good elsewhere.

Great winter Jacket
Great winter jacket. Not the best aero jacket but it will get job done. I used one heavy weight base layer and a thin , ready to remove sleeveless layer under in 38 degree F weather and I had to remove thin layer because it was warm. I recommend this.

Looks and fits great. Highly recommend it.
It keeps me warm accompanied by a long sleeve merino long sleeve base layer or thermal base layer at temps in the low to mid 40s. Looks and fits great. Beautiful design and "cut". I bought another one in a different color as I liked it so much!

Best winter training jacket
If you train (not just “ride”) through the winter, you need this jacket. The mix of materials are absolutely perfect for cold weather. It breathes well, keeps you warm, yet allows heat to get dumped.

Great Jacket
Great jacket for those crisp winter rides, coupled with the Pro Team thermal base layer i've not felt cold or restricted by having to wear too many layers to keep warm.
