Arms way too long.
Bought a size Large to try as really liked
Re look of this jersey. I own a Large Core jersey so thought this would be the same sizing… Unfortunately returned as the arms were ridiculously long - even stretched out with arms on the bike bars. Real shame as it’s a lovely jersey.

Versatile Long-Sleeve Jersey
I've had other 'sportwool' blends which use a different proportion of merino, polyester, and lycra in some cases, which give the jersey more of a aero-performance look. The Brevet LSJ is more traditional, with a more relaxed fit, but still with a useful amount of stretch. Use the Rapha charts and a tape-measure and you shouldn't have any sizing-surprises.
I'm 1.91m at 96kg and XL is fine, with a little more room than the Rapha Core Winter Jacket, and its less flexible laminate panels.
Storage space is superb with the zipped cargo pocket proving useful for extra layers or moving larder duties. March has been a little cold to make it the first choice jersey.
Worn over a Lifa LS base I've found it comfortable between 6 - 12 C. Add a gilet to reduce torso windchill if you need to increase its range at the cold end.
Temperature regulation is superb and I've avoided heavy sweating or clamminess on the warmer days.
Minor quibbles : the cuffs are a very loose fit, to the extent that they flap at speeds over 25 mph. If you're wearing gauntlet gloves it's not a problem - just tuck the sleeves in. Bare-handed or with track mitts a little more elastication or a ribbed-knit cuff would be useful. The zip strikes me as being very light-gauge - the puller is difficult to find/hold when wearing thicker gloves - and I think a heavier zip, such as the one on the Winter Core Jacket, would have been a better choice for a jersey of this type.
I can't speak for its long-term performance, or how it stands up to multiple washes, but I was sufficiently impressed to buy a second one, in blue-grey.

Best l/s cycling shirt I own.
Excellent fit for colder rides! I bought this for training in the late winter and early spring in DC and it met my requirement for a warm, sweat-wicking shirt that wasn’t too thick.

Great bit of kit
I have several Brevet jerseys and they are all great. Sleeves are perfect length, but I'm tall so your mileage may vary.

Great thermal long sleave
Fits looser than the core garments. I didn't find this to be the problem, I've been using it for rides that are 0-7 degrees C. I find it very comfortable, warmer than a standard longsleave.
Arms are also slightly longer, however I didn't find that a problem either.

Will stand the test of time
Excellent quality, reminiscent of the original blend LS jerseys that I've had for several years before getting this newer one. Sleeves are a little long, but I'm an odd fit

Excellent jersey, runs large
Love this jersey, but I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing. I own both M and L Rapha jerseys, and being a cold-weather jersey to be worn with layers underneath, I opted for the L. But as other reviews have noted, this model runs large, and in hindsight the M would have been a better fit. I still love the jersey and expect to get many good years out of it, but it will see use mostly on gravel and casual road rides, as the fit is looser than I would normally wear.

Wool Blend always a hit!
The Brevit hits the spot on a chilly morning and sits somewhere between the Classic and Classic with Gillet. Great top

The go-to for cool season
Super versatile wool garmet. Covers 45F to 55F by itself. Add a light underlayer to deepen the range.

New Brevet Jersey- different cut
The current Brevet jersey is cut smaller than the previous model (2023). Not a good outcome.

Good fit except the arms
Fits great. Good fabric. But the arms are just too long. It reaches over my fingers.

Great jersey
Excellent jersey for the variable temperatures of spring / autumn The pockets are particularly good - the big zip pocket great for stowing a rain jacket and more without looking overladen

GREAT JERSEY
I HAVE SEVERAL CLASSIC LONG SLEEVE JERSEYS FROM RAPHA AND THIS IS REALLY THE SAME EXCEPT IT HAS THE REFLECTIVE BITS. FIT IS GREAT FOR ME 5'11" AND 155 LBS. SIZE MEDIUM. AS SOME HAVE COMMENTED BEFORE THE SLEEVES ARE REALLY LONG. WORKS FOR ME AS I HAVE LONG ARMS. DID AN 80 MILE RIDE RECENTLY WITH TEMPERATURES AROUND 60F* AND WAS COMFORTABLE WITH A LIGHT BASE LAYER. RECOMMENDED.

Great jersey for cooler days
Great addition to my cycling wardrobe it is warm enough for spring rides when the air is cooler. The quality is what you would expect a this price point. Nice design with good pockets.

Better than expected!
This jersey is my new go-to. It’s not hot, it’s not cold. Rides in 40-60 degree weather with just a short sleeve mesh base layer underneath are perfect temp, even when there is a light breeze. Length is good, and love the zip pockets. It’s better than a jacket and really looks pretty good too. Works well with brevet vest if the wind chill picks up.

Not Great, poorly fitting.
Size : XL. I'm a solid 107kg, 178cm tall. All legs, shoulders and bum. I have bought many rapha products. Arms on the jersey i recieved are unusually long, fit doesn't seem to be in line with other Brevet Jerseys I have bought. Really super disappointed in this one. I won't be buying another, particularly given Rapha pricing.

The YSL of Jerseys
As Yves Saint Laurent once said, 'Its in the cut'. A more perfect fit I could not hope for. Not too tight, not too loose. On the bike you can feel the air moving through the fabric in just the right places.

The ideal jersey for the cooler months
This is my ideal autumn/winter/spring jersey. Over a base layer and/or under a jacket as needed, it has plenty of zipped and non-zipped pockets for keys etc, fits true to size, and adapts well to warmer or cooler temperatures to help keep me cool or warm as needed. Great visibility features too. Recommended.

Usual Rapha quality!
My third one of these...perfect for the cooler weather and I like the arrangement of the pockets for longer days out. The reflective stripes work well, although they are quite high up the jersey so if your position is very aero, they're less visible. Not a big problem in my case!

Men’s Brevet Jersey
Quite disappointed with the fit of this jersey, having a number of Rapha tops I expected the same fit, but it appears Rapha have changed the fit / sizing. Sleeves are long and a loose fit. That said I still like the jersey and will probably have it tailored to fit.

my favourite long sleeve jersey
Just buy one, its a great fabric, great pocket layout, stylish, warm and comfy, layers really well, and a little chest pocket for gel/bar wrappers on the go. Also, the sleeves roll up easy so if it gets warm you can get some cooling that way.

Comfort and function!
Great comfortable fit, nice long sleeves and cut - you won't be disappointed. Warm, mid layer merino fabric but not too thick make this a great spring/autumn 1x layer riding top. Awesome features. My favourite long sleeve top.

Not bad, Not great
Decent long sleeve jersey, glad I purchased it on sale, full price would have been too much. The sleeves are a bit loose at the ends, the jersey is a little heavier than I would like weight wise. Nice looking, breathes well.
