Care instructions

Install Instructions:

  • Wipe clean with warm soapy water / detergent / do not wash in a washing machine
  • Use a 4mm hex key to remove the bolts from the brackets.
  • Select the correct spacers for your handlebars.
  • If the handlebar diameter is 31.8mm, use the pre-installed thicker spacers.– If the handlebar diameter is 35.0mm, use the thinner spacers provided.
  • Centre the stem in between the brackets, make sure the brackets and harness do not interfere with the safe operation of your bike.
  • Tighten the bolts to an estimated 3–5Nm. Follow the Nm settings that are advised for your handlebars. Do not over-tighten. Check the tightness of the bolts periodically.
  • Insert the dry bag into the harness by aligning the velcro loops from the dry bag to the velcro hooks on the inside of the harness. Fix custom hooks in loops at top, pull tight.
